I am a trained Waldorf teacher in a public school artroom - I would NEVER give up my black chalkboard. There is a wealth of beautiful images on google and I always have something wonderful to "paint"....this year in my k-2 room I have one round "clock" that has drawings of the seasons of the year as we go through them. On my 3-5 blackboard I have frames drawn or Peter Max peace doves...or whatever is appropriate for the classes. I love it.
